Powerful Electric Motor
The MIN-E uses a compact DC PM electric motor that delivers a continuous power output of about 1,300 watts and tons of torque from 0 rpm. That means that there is no need for a transmission or multiple gears, just a single speed direct drive to provide instantaneous throttle response anytime you need it, handily out-accelerating similar size gas bikes.
It's aluminum endbell construction and 4 brush, 100% ball bearing design contribute to the motor's silky smooth, vibration-free operation. Plus, it requires virtually no maintenance and operates in near silence.
Personalized Power, Regenerative Braking
Featuring a unique vehicle control system, the MIN-E allows riders to tailor the power to their needs. With the provided cable and software interface, you can set power limits, adjust throttle maps, reduce or increase top speed and more, all at the convenience of your own computer.
Traditional braking wastes energy because it kills the momentum that the motor has built up, and that's not good. However, with regenerative braking, this energy effectively finds a new home. Instead of being lost as heat in the brakes, the energy is used to slow down the MIN-E and partially recharge the power pack, all at the push of a button. With regen, you'll find yourself hardly ever touching the brakes, reducing wear and tear and providing longer run times.
Clean, Quick-Change Energy Source
The MIN-E uses a high output, fully sealed AGM power system that delivers 240 amps peak to the motor, enough motivation to get you from zero to top speed in under 6 seconds.
Perhaps the most unique and revolutionary feature of the MIN-E is that a drained power system can be swapped out for a fresh one within seconds, so there's no waiting around for a dead pack to charge. The best part is that additional AGM power packs are affordable enough to have even a couple on hand, that way, the riding can last all day long.
Low Maintenance Drivetrain
The transmission is as simple as it gets: one speed direct drive. No clutch handle or shift lever to contend with, just a smooth twist of the ergonomically designed throttle and off you go.
To handle the twisting force of the electric motor, the rear wheel is equipped with carbon steel SKF bearings. Made in Italy, these are among the finest in the world and provide friction free spinning action and extreme durability.
The American-built Martin sprockets are made from hardened steel and are regarded as the toughest in the industry. Their small diameter allows the #25 Red Leaf chain to be shorter in length, resulting in a decrease in rotational mass and improved acceleration. This solid design requires very little periodic maintenance and is built to last, saving you money in the long run.

Powerful Brakes
The bike's front stopping power comes from a hand actuated mechanical disk brake system with a standard 120mm cross-drilled rotor. The rear wheel gets stopped with a hand actuated mechanical disk brake system featuring a thicker 120mm cross-drilled rotor for superior durabilty and greater longevity.
Solid, Powder Coated Frame and On Road Rubber
The MIN-E uses a sturdy twin-spar frame configuration constructed of high-tensile steel and a lightweight aluminum midsection. The chassis' main beam and swingarm are powder coated and cooked in an oven at 400 °F, providing extreme scratch resistance and a beautiful glossy finish. This frame was designed to withstand all sorts of track, parking lot, and recreational riding conditions while offering a solid, minimal flex feel.
The treaded tires are large in diameter to provide a stable and precise ride, while the aluminum rims reduce the rotational mass of the bike, resulting in increased acceleration.
Additional Features
Plug and Go
Our smart charger is state-of-the-art and fully automatic. It can recharge a half drained power pack in an hour and a half while full charges take only 3 hours. Battery life is expected to be 300 full cycles with many more partial ones. Once the power pack is charged, the charger can be left on for as long as you wish, hours, days, even weeks. When you're ready to ride, simply unplug and go.
Charging is hassle-free and costs only pennies. Also, the MIN-E produces a fraction of the pollution of a comparably sized gas mini bike at the power plant.
Consult the chart below to get a better idea of the approximate number of cycles vs the depth of discharge. For maximum number of cycles, we recommend discharging the power system to 50%. This delivers a good balance of riding time and relatively short charges in about 1.5 hours.

Custom Paint and Special Features
The front and rear fenders, along with the main bodywork, are custom painted in a two stage process. First, a primer is applied and the pieces are baked in an oven at 90 °F. Then, three coats of a paint/clear coat mixture are sprayed on to provide the final finish.
The bike features a premium vinyl hand-stitched seat with soft yet supportive padding. The charging port and 7 LED centralized energy meter are crafted into the bodywork for quick and easy access.
Up front, the chrome plated steel headlight gives the bike a retro look while being fully functional and durable. It runs off two standard AA batteries and features a swivel action and high beam/low beam bulbs.
When the controller senses that it's overheating, it will cut back the power to half in order to protect the system from failing. Other safety features include fused circuit protection and a main power switch that completely shuts down everything when transporting the bike or when storing it.
